As a distinguished professional with nearly three decades of experience in the general insurance, banking & management field, Mr. Chakradhar Thool is currently active as a principal officer at VProtectAll Insurance Broking Private Limited. With the academic credentials that include an MBA in Marketing, M.Sc. in Biochemistry research fellow, and an Associate status from the Insurance Institute of India (FIII), Mr. Thool's foundation in both scientific research, business management and marketing and technicalities in underwriting & claims settlement is robust.

In his previous experience at the Regional Office in Nagpur, Mr. Thool managed several portfolios and was a key figure in establishing the first claims hub among subsidiaries in the Nagpur Region. Under his leadership, settlement time was significantly reduced to 25-30 days, and he was among India's top 5 members to accomplish this victory in United India Insurance co. ltd

He has wide experience in handling multiple departments and demonstrated the ability to lead technical departments like claims & underwriting. Mr. Tushar has more than 18 years of business development experience in general insurance and financial services. He has expertise in revenue growth, strong client relationships, and high-performing teams. He managed large projects alongside targeted initiatives in sectors like infrastructure, construction, and automobiles.

An innovative thought leader and energetic professional, Mr. Tushar has the expertise in formulating sales strategies, achieving revenue milestones, and broadening business presence. Mr Ravindra K. Bokode

Currently leading as a Chief Clients Officer in the Marketing & Claims Department at VProtectAll Insurance Broking Private Limited, Mr Ravindra is a seasoned professional with wide experience of nearly four decades in the insurance field, particularly in Marketing, Underwriting, & Claims Settlement. Mr. Ravindra started his career in 1978 at United India Insurance, in Nagpur. Since then, he has successfully worked in roles like AAO, Branch Manager, and Sr. Branch Manager and handled multiple departments. As a team leader, his role had a considerable impact as he motivated the officers and agents in the team to contribute better and improve the operations.

One of his notable achievements includes the upgradation of the branch office at Dhule into a divisional office due to a tremendous increase in business from 1.92 Cr to 17.32 Cr. during his tenure. Well-versed in public relations, Mr Ravindra brought all two and four-wheeler motor dealers, soya mills, and chemical factories under one roof of United India Insurance, Dhule location which helped the branch grow in the long term. He has handled and grown the business of reputed names like Wheels India and Sandwik Asia, KPCC, CDSS, and others which makes him a leader with a proven background in business growth and operations.
